Pengaruh Perspektif Self Regulation Framework Dan Kemudahan Pengguna Terhadap Continuance Intention Aplikasi Pln Mobile Pada Pt Pln Persero Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (Up3) Kendari

Penggunaan aplikasi mobile dalam pelayanan publik semakin meningkat, dengan aplikasi PLN Mobile menjadi salah satu contoh yang banyak digunakan oleh pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Kendari. Namun, meskipun aplikasi ini menawarkan berbagai kemudahan, belum banyak penelitian yang menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, khususnya dalam konteks self-regulation dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perspektif Self Regulation Framework dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap continuance intention aplikasi PLN Mobile di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif Self Regulation Framework dan kemudahan penggunaan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention aplikasi PLN Mobile. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan aplikasi pelayanan publik dengan mengedepankan kemudahan penggunaan serta pengaturan diri pengguna untuk meningkatkan loyalitas jangka panjang terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan variabel yang digunakan dan menguji faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi adopsi aplikasi digital di sektor publik.
