Literature Review: Manajemen Strategi Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Kepegawaian Pemerintahan

Manajemen strategis memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepegawaian pemerintahan. Dalam konteks ini, manajemen strategis membantu pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang efektif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen strategis dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepegawaian pemerintahan, dengan mengidentifikasi tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi, serta mengkaji peran inovasi dan transformasi digital dalam memodernisasi sistem pelayanan kepegawaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen strategis yang tepat dapat membantu mengatasi berbagai tantangan birokrasi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan ekspektasi masyarakat. Selain itu, inovasi digital seperti penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis cloud dan platform e-government memiliki dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan kepegawaian. Transformasi digital ini juga berperan dalam pengembangan kompetensi pegawai melalui pelatihan online yang fleksibel dan berbasis data. Kesimpulannya, penerapan manajemen strategis yang didukung oleh inovasi digital merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepegawaian di pemerintahan, yang pada akhirnya akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik secara keseluruhan.
