Perilaku Kepemimpinan Inovasi Kepala Sekolah pada SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara merata di tingkat nasional dan daerah tergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu wadah pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah sekolah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Perilaku  Kepemimpinan Inovasi Kepala Sekolah Pada SMP Negeri 2 Aifat di Kabupaten Maybrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam mengumpulkan data  dan menganalisa data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian,  1). Perilaku kepemimpinan inovasi dari kepala sekolah ditunjukkan dalam empat perilaku kepala sekolah : perilaku visioner kepala sekolah, perilaku kolaborasi dari kepala sekolah, perilaku pengambilan resiko dari kepala sekolah, perilaku perubahan orientasi dari kepala sekolah. 2). Faktor-faktor penentu perilaku kepemimpinan inovasi dari kepala sekolah ditunjukkan dalam dua faktor. Pertama, faktor personal terdiri atas kepala sekolah yang suka memberi dorongan kepada guru dan kepada siswa. Kedua, faktor lingkungan terdiri atas perubahan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang begitu cepat, budaya, guru kelas, dan orang tua.
