Green Transformational Leadership in Sustainable Construction Projects in the Era of ESG and Industry 5.0

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Hijau terhadap kinerja proyek konstruksi berkelanjutan dalam konteks ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) dan kesiapan Industri 5.0. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), data dikumpulkan dari 150 manajer proyek dan profesional konstruksi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional Hijau berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan proyek berkelanjutan. ESG bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut, sedangkan kesiapan terhadap Industri 5.0 berperan sebagai moderator yang memperkuat efektivitas kepemimpinan hijau dalam meningkatkan kinerja proyek. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap literatur kepemimpinan berkelanjutan dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi manajerial dalam industri konstruksi modern.
