Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, perilaku inovasi, beban kerja, fleksibilitas kerja, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap retensi karyawan PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesmakmur. Riset penulis mengadopsi metode riset kuantitatif yang memakai kuisioner yang dikumpulkan dari responden. Populasi pada riset ini merupakan karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Gosyen Pacific Suksesesmakmur berjumlah 200 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling, dengan anggota populasi yang terpilih menjadi sampel berjumlah 129 responden. Teknik menganalisis data memakai uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji-t, uji regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil riset ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh positive dan significant terhadap retensi karyawan, perilaku inovasi, beban kerja, fleksibilitas kerja, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengarh positive dan significant terhadap retensi karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan pengetahuan bagi manajemen industry untuk berkembang, mensejahterakan karyawan serta siap menghadapi segala permasalahan dimasa mendatang. Manajemen perlu meninjau kembali penyebab-penyebab yang dapat mempengaruhi retensi karyawan.
