Focus and Scope

The Journal Management & Business (SEJaman) provides a forum for academics and professionals to share the latest developments and advances in knowledge and practice of management business both theory and practices. It aims to foster the exchange of ideas on a range of important management subjects and to provide stimulus for research and the further development of international perspectives. 

Meanwhile, we also seek to publish short communications and opinions addressing issues of current concern to business and management in regards to within and between Indonesia and Asia region. The covered domains but not limited to, such as;

Peer Review Process

Guidelines for online submission:

Author should first register as Author to the website of S E I K O : Journal Management & Business (SEJaman). Click the menu “register” in the right side of the website with the mark red color.
Once after the author is registered, please login to the website of S E I K O : Journal Management & Business (SEJaman) and submit the article through online submission (with the status ofactive submissions).
The article should follow the standard template of S E I K O : Journal Management & Business (SEJaman) provided in the website.


The citation and bibliography should follow the APHA citation style.
Author is restricted not to send his/her article to another journal before having confirmation from the editorial team (approximately 3 weeks right after the article submitted).
Author should follow editorial decisions and recommendations related to the article completion. All reviews and assessements will be informed through online submission.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
