Analisis Pengaruh Employee Performance Terhadap Career Growth Pada Tenaga Kesehatan Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Tangerang

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil pengaruh faktor organizational commitment, motivation, discipline, organizational culture, dan leadership terhadap employee performance untuk menunjang career growth tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probabilitas sampling, pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software AMOS22. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 254 tenaga kesehatan Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel organizational commitment, motivation, discipline, dan leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, akan tetapi organizational culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, dan employee performance berpengaruh positif terhadap career growth. Adapun saran untuk tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang dalam meningkatkan employee performance, dan dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi employee performance, juga untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit dengan cakupan yang lebih luas.

Abstract
This study aims to provide results on the influence of organizational commitment, motivation, discipline, organizational culture, and leadership on employee performance to support the career growth of health workers who work in hospitals in Tangerang Regency. Sampling using non-probability sampling, in this study using purposive sampling. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and AMOS22 software. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 254 hospital health workers in Tangerang Regency. The results showed that organizational commitment, motivation, discipline, and leadership had a positive effect on employee performance, but organizational culture had no effect on employee performance, and employee performance had a positive effect on career growth. As for suggestions for health workers who work in hospitals in the Tangerang Regency area to improve employee performance, and being able to add other variables that can affect employee performance, also for further research to examine health workers in hospitals with a wider coverage.
