Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Talent Acquisition Dan Talent Onboarding Pada Industri Pariwisata

Abstract


Industri pariwisata menjadi salah satu industri yang kompetitif dalam menggerakkan posisi strategis dan pembangunan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan devisa di berbagai negara, salah satunya di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi talent acquisiton dan talent onboarding dalam melatih karyawan menjadi pribadi unggul. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian adalah talent acquisition bertujuan agar perekrutan lebih strategis dan lebih sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi, sedangkan talent onboarding membangun loyalitas dan keterlibatan pada karyawan untuk keberhasilan jangka panjang.
