Turnover Intention Pada Industri Perbankan: Identifikasi Faktor Penentu Melalui Pendekatan Blibliometrik

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi turnover intention pada perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis blibliometrik dan telaah pustaka sistematis menggunakan software Vosviewer. Literatur yang dijadikan database penelitian ini didapatkan dari database Scopus pada jangka waktu 2010 – 2024 dan berjumlah 33 penelitian. Hasil keluaran daripada software Vosviewer menunjukan faktor dominan turnover intention pada industri perbankan dapat di kategorikan ke dalam 5 kluster dan total 11 item, yaitu Kluster 1 Kesehatan Mental dan Kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari Burnout, Ethical Leadershiop, Work Engagement; Kluster 2 Motivasi dan Komitmen Karyawan yang terdiri dari Employee Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention; Kluster 3 Reputasi Perusahaan dan Iklim Etis yang terdiri dari Corporate Image, Ethical Climate; Kluster 4 Kepuasan Kerja dan Kontrak Psikologis yang terdiri dari Job Satisfaction, Psychological Contact; dan Kluster 5 Hubungan Interpersonal di Tempat Kerja yang terdiri dari Difficult Coworker
