Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Budaya Orgabisasi, Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Keputusan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai Balai Besar Karantina Wilayah Sulawesi
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkugan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 184 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan September sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan Amos Versi 25. Dan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja ,budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasiberpengaruhpositifdan signifikanterhadapkinerjapegawai.(3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract
Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of the organization's commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance. 4) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. 5) To analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction.
This study used a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 184 respondents. The research was conducted from September to November 2021. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of Amos Version 25. And SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that: (1) Work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) The work environment and organizational commitment affects the positive and significant impact on the performance of staffing. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (4) Work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
