Pengaruh Keberagaman Gender terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Barang Konsumsi Publik di Indonesia
Abstract
Perusahaan menjadi salah satu peranan penting dalam meningkatkan dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu perusahan. Emiten terbesar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu perusahaan manufaktur. Kinerja perusahaan menjadi aspek yang mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan sehingga keberagaman gender menjadi salah satu tolak ukur dalam aspek ini. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberagaman gender terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur barang konsumsi publik di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan permasalahan asosiatif atau hubungan kuasal yaitu mencari bukti sebab-akibat variabel mana yang dipengaruhi dan mempengaruhi. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu data time series dan cross section, dimana data ini menggunakan analisis regresi panel. Proses pengumpulan data yang menggunakan data sekunder dan menggunakan sampel berjumlah 41 Perusahaan. Program perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam mendukung pengujian ini yaitu program stata. Dari hasil penelitian ini, keberagaman dewan direksi wanita memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan yang dimana menunjukkan wanita di suatu perusahaan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan.

Abstract
The company plays an important role in increasing and accelerating the economic growth of a company. The largest issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are manufacturing companies. Company performance is an aspect that supports the company's growth so that gender diversity is one of the benchmarks in this aspect. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gender diversity on the financial performance of public consumer goods manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This type of research is carried out using associative problems or causal relationships, namely looking for evidence of cause and effect which variables are affected and affect. The method used is time series data and cross section, where this data uses panel regression analysis. The data collection process that uses secondary data and uses a sample of 41 companies. The software program used to support this test is the Stata program. From the results of this study, the diversity of the female board of directors has a significant positive effect on financial performance which shows that women in a company can increase the company's economic growth.
