Abstract


Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh modal psikologi dan knowles sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan komitmen organisasional memoderasi pengaruh modal psikologi dan knowles sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 117 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling sejumlah 117 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Modal psikologi berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Komitmen organisasional memoderasi pengaruh modal psikologi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Komitmen organisasional memoderasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Desa, Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
