Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Praktik Manajemen Talenta Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Elektronik di Batam Dengan Keterlibatan Karyawan Sebagai Mediasi

Abstract


Abstrak
Setiap perusahaan memiliki berbagai macam aset penting yang dapat mendukung kegiatan operasional dari perusahaan itu sendiri. SDM menjadi salah satu aset maupun faktor penting yang dapat mendukung kinerja dan hasil dari perusahaan. Untuk memenuhi SDM yang baik, berbagai macam cara dan teknik dilakukan oleh perusahaan baik itu dalam pelatihan dan juga praktik manajemen talenta yang terdiri dari 3 macam praktik yaitu praktik perencanaan suksesi, promosi dan penilaian kinerja yang kemudian akan di tuangkan agar dapat memperoleh SDM yang baik, loyal dan juga memberikan hasil yang maksimal bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah keterlibatan karyawan memberikan dampak yang signifikan positif terhadap pengaruh antara pelatihan dan praktik manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan yang akan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian ialah 20 perusaahan manufaktur elektronik di Batam, yang di mana penelitian ini menggunakan sarana google formulir dan juga wawancara untuk pengumpulan data analisis . Perusahaan manufaktur elektronik sudah banyak memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pembangunan di industri Batam. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen dengan variabel mediasi, namun terdapat beberapa variabel yang berpengaruh negatif juga.

Abstract
Each company has a variety of important assets that can support the operational activities of the company itself. HR is one of the important assets and factors that can support the performance and results of the company. To fulfill good human resources, various ways and techniques are carried out by the company, both in training and talent management practices which consist of 3 kinds of practices, namely the practice of succession planning, promotion and performance appraisal which will then be poured in order to obtain good human resources, loyal and also provide maximum results for the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether employee involvement has a significant positive impact on the effect of training and talent management practices on employee performance. The companies that will be used as research objects are 20 electronic manufacturing companies in Batam, where this research uses google forms and also interviews for data collection analysis. Electronic manufacturing companies have contributed a lot in increasing development in the Batam industry. The results obtained in the form of all independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable with the mediating variable, but there are several variables that have a negative effect as well.
