Efek Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Abstrak
COVID-19 di tahun 2019 bisa menjadi faktor baru yang bisa mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Dimana dunia diguncangkan sebuah kasus COVID-19, sehingga proses kinerja perusahaan sangat perlu diteliti untuk mengambil langkah yang tepat untuk mengambil keputusan yang terbaik sehingga tidak menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Dampak COVID-19 terhadap tata kelola perusahaan dan asosiasi kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari perusahaan bursa efek Indonesia (Nicolai, 2020). Dengan menggunakan metode regresi panel dengan perbandingan dari periode 2017-2019 dan 2020-2021. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel 859 data. Dimana variabel independen yang terdiri dari independensi dewan, ukuran dewan direksi, kepemilikan blockholder, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan keluarga tidak bersignifikan dengan variabel dependen dibandingkan beberapa variabel kontrol yang bersignifikan positif dan negatif diantaranya pertumbuhan penjualan dan umur perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian kinerja perusahaan pada masa COVID-19 bahwa umur perusahaan dengan lamanya beroperasi menunjukan kekuatan aset perusahaan yang kuat, sehingga mampu bertahan dan bersaing dalam pangsa pasar.

Abstract
COVID-19 in 2019 can be a new factor that can affect the company's performance. Where the world is shaken by a case of COVID-19, so the company's performance process really needs to be carefullyed to take the right steps to make the best decisions so as not to cause the company to suffer losses. The impact of COVID-19 on corporate governance and corporate performance associations. This study used samples from Indonesian stock exchange companies (Nicolai, 2020). By using the panel regression method with a comparison from the period 2017-2019 and 2020-2021. The results of the study using a sample of 859 data. Where the independent variables consisting of board independence, board size, blockholder ownership, institutional ownership and family ownership are not identified with dependent variables compared to several control variables that are positively and negatively identified including sales growth and company age. The implication of the company's performance research during the COVID-19 period is that the life of the company with the length of operation shows the strength of the company's assets that are strong, so that they are able to survive and compete in market share.
