Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) TBK Cabang Somba Opu Makassar dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) TBK Cabang Somba Opu Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil persamaan regresi dan uji t mengenai pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan padaPT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) TBK Cabang Somba Opu Makassar, maka diperoleh hasil koefisien regresi dan uji t untuk variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Variabel Kepuasan kerja paling dominan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) TBK Cabang Somba Opu Makassar. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi dan uji t yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya.
