Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Cabang BRI Panakkukang Makassar

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka memperoleh bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Cabang Bri Panakkukan Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data prime berupa kuesioner dan data skunder. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 70 pegawai dalam lingkup Pada Kantor Cabang Bri Panakkukan Makassar. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 kuesioner yang dibagikan, 150 kuesioner yang Kembali 70 responden. Setelah dilakukan verifikasi dari jumlah yang dikembalikan ternyata yang memenuhi syarat adalah sebanyak 70 kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan regresi linier berganda SPSS . versi (Arbukie 1997 : 562). Hasil penelitian ini diketahui dari nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yakni 2,021 diperoleh dari (df2=39; =0,05) dan juga dapat diketahui melalui tingkat signifikansinya dimana pada kolom sig./probabilitas pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu variabel kompetensi dengan t-hitung 3.182 > 2,021 atau signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 (berpengaruh signifikan).Hasil ini dapat diketahui dari nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yakni 2,021 diperoleh dari (df2=39; =0,05) dan juga dapat diketahui melalui tingkat signifikansinya dimana pada kolom sig./probabilitas pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai signifikansi < 0,05 yaitu variabel motivasi dengan t-hitung 3.233 > 2,021 atau signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 (berpengaruh signifikan). Dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut, yang memberikan pengaruh dominan adalah variabel motivasi
