Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat

Abstract


Tinjauan literatur ini melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap dua belas studi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2004 dan 2022 untuk menyelidiki berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja di kalangan perawat. Tinjauan ini mencakup berbagai pengaturan, termasuk rumah sakit di Australia, Slovenia, Polandia, Lithuania, Sulaimani, Kenya, Indore, dan Wuhan, yang mencakup berbagai aspek praktik keperawatan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial, kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan pemberdayaan secara signifikan mengurangi stres kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di kalangan perawat. Sebaliknya, faktor-faktor seperti beban kerja, kurangnya otonomi, konflik antarpribadi, dan remunerasi yang tidak memadai berkontribusi pada peningkatan stres dan penurunan kepuasan. Tinjauan ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, mempromosikan budaya organisasi yang positif, dan menerapkan strategi manajemen berbasis bukti untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Dengan menargetkan faktor-faktor ini melalui intervensi strategis, organisasi kesehatan dapat meningkatkan retensi perawat, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan pada akhirnya memastikan perawatan pasien yang berkualitas tinggi. Temuan dari studi ini akan membantu membentuk kebijakan dan praktik yang akan membuat panti jompo menjadi tempat kerja yang lebih aman dan memuaskan, yang akan menguntungkan pasien dan penyedia layanan kesehatan.
